ovenProof is about food. It’s about preparing food without a recipe (unless there’s one handy) and understanding good food doesn’t have to be fancy or spendy or unattainable. It’s about cooking with regular ingredients for regular people who like regular things.

It’s about meat (sometimes) and vegetables (the rest of the time).  It’s about good chocolate and good coffee. It’s about buying organic if you want to but not because you have to. It’s about affordable eating and sometimes it’s about the wonders of fancy salt.
